Dad Clarity Call Prep

A two minute tune up before we talk

This page gives you a quick way to get ready for your Dad Clarity Call. Nothing heavy. Nothing complicated. Just a simple reset so you can step into the call with focus instead of scramble.

Before the call, try to do three small things

  1. Take a short look at your recent days and name what feels heavy.
  2. Pick one area at home where you want to feel a clear win.
  3. Skim your Dad Reset worksheets if you completed them, or use the prompts below.

Step one your quick snapshot

Grab a notebook, the notes app on your phone, or your Dad Reset workbook. Jot down a few honest answers to these prompts. Bullet points are great.

  • Right now, what feels most overwhelming for me as a dad
  • What do I want more of in our home this month
  • Where do I keep reacting in ways I do not like
  • What have I already tried that helped, even a little

You do not need full sentences. Simple phrases are enough. This is just to give our call a clear starting point.

Step two bring your Dad Reset work with you

If you went through The Dad Reset, your answers are already doing a lot of the heavy lifting. You can always get back to your worksheets here.

If you prefer digital, tap File then Make a copy on any worksheet so you can type your answers in private.

Step three set yourself up to be present

You do not need anything fancy for this call, but a tiny bit of intention goes a long way.

Your space

  • Find a spot where you can talk freely.
  • Use headphones if the house is busy.
  • Bring water or coffee so you are not rushing around.

Your notes

  • Have your snapshot answers nearby.
  • Keep your Dad Reset workbook close if you used it.
  • Write one question you hope to get clarity on.

What to expect on the call

  • A dad friendly, judgment free conversation.
  • Simple questions that help you name what is really going on.
  • Clear next steps you can use the same day.
  • Room to ask about coaching if you want more support, with no pressure if you do not.

If you need to reschedule

When you are ready, we will be here to walk through your season with you.
